Private label and OEM cover a range of work. The right one depends on how much of the piece you want to own.
- Brand a proven design: take a style from our catalogue and have it produced under your own brand.
- Make it to your spec: change the metal alloy, karat, stone specification, length or finish of an existing design.
- Build your own: start from your drawing or sample and specify metal, stones, finish and packaging.
How a custom order runs.
Full custom and OEM work starts at 25 units and is made to order. Send us the brief — a sketch, a reference piece, or a style number with the changes you want — and we quote the piece against the published gold spot price, with natural diamonds GIA-certified and lab-grown diamonds IGI-certified.
A paid sample confirms the piece before you commit to quantity. Production starts on a 50% deposit, which buys the gold and books your order into the schedule, and the balance is due before it ships FedEx Overnight Priority, fully insured and tracked.
Our jewelry programs are a quicker route for standard pieces: choose the metal, carat weight and grades on the page, and every spec is quoted.

- Natural diamonds are GIA-certified and lab-grown diamonds are IGI-certified, with certificates on request.
- A 50% deposit buys the gold and books your order into the production schedule; the balance is due before the order ships.
- Every order ships FedEx Overnight Priority, fully insured and tracked; in-stock pieces ship the same day, with overnight delivery across Canada and the US.
