Orders are final sale, so a paid sample is the way to check a piece in hand first: it puts the exact metal, stone and finish on your counter before you order at volume.

- Natural diamonds are GIA-certified and lab-grown diamonds are IGI-certified, with certificates on request.
- A 50% deposit buys the gold and books your order into the production schedule; the balance is due before the order ships.
- Every order ships FedEx Overnight Priority, fully insured and tracked; in-stock pieces ship the same day, with overnight delivery across Canada and the US.
- Two-hour response on WhatsApp and email, weekdays.
- Orders are final sale — no returns or refunds; samples are available, paid, and non-credited.
