Ontario is our home province: the head office is in Toronto, and every order to an Ontario store ships FedEx Overnight Priority, fully insured and tracked. In-stock pieces from the 2026 Collection ship the same day, with overnight delivery across Canada and the US.

Canadian applicants register with their GST/HST number, which we confirm on the CRA registry, usually within one business day. You can browse the catalogue and request a quote before you apply.

  • Natural diamonds are GIA-certified and lab-grown diamonds are IGI-certified, with certificates on request.
  • A 50% deposit buys the gold and books your order into the production schedule; the balance is due before the order ships.
  • Every order ships FedEx Overnight Priority, fully insured and tracked; in-stock pieces ship the same day, with overnight delivery across Canada and the US.
  • Two-hour response on WhatsApp and email, weekdays.
  • Orders are final sale — no returns or refunds; samples are available, paid, and non-credited.

Questions Buyers Ask

Do Ontario stores need a GST/HST number to open an account?
Yes. The GST/HST number is the one thing we verify for a Canadian applicant; we check it on the CRA registry, usually within one business day.
What is the minimum order?
One unit on most styles. A few styles carry a higher minimum, shown on the product page. Volume pricing begins at 10, 50 and 200+ units.
How does payment work?
Every order starts on a 50% deposit, which buys the gold and books it into production; the balance is due before the order ships. We take wire (ACH / SWIFT), major credit cards and PayPal Business.
