Natural diamonds come with GIA certificates and lab-grown diamonds with IGI certificates, on request. Every piece passes a five-point inspection before it ships, and we repair our own craftsmanship free of charge.

- MOQ from 1 unit on most styles; volume pricing tiers begin at 10, 50 and 200+ units, quoted per buyer.
- Natural diamonds are GIA-certified and lab-grown diamonds are IGI-certified, with certificates on request.
- A 50% deposit buys the gold and books your order into the production schedule; the balance is due before the order ships.
- Every order ships FedEx Overnight Priority, fully insured and tracked; in-stock pieces ship the same day, with overnight delivery across Canada and the US.
- Two-hour response on WhatsApp and email, weekdays.
- Orders are final sale — no returns or refunds; samples are available, paid, and non-credited.

- Do you supply stores in Québec?
- Yes. Québec stores open an account with their GST/HST number and order on the same terms as every Canadian store.
- What is the minimum order?
- One unit on most styles. A few styles carry a higher minimum, shown on the product page. Volume pricing begins at 10, 50 and 200+ units.
- How does payment work?
- Every order starts on a 50% deposit, which buys the gold and books it into production; the balance is due before the order ships. We take wire (ACH / SWIFT), major credit cards and PayPal Business.
