Canadian stores are served from the Toronto head office, 151 Yonge Street, Unit 1173, Toronto, ON M5C 2W7, Canada. US stores are served from the New York sales office, 1140 Avenue of the Americas, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10036, USA, where the 2026 Collection's in-stock pieces are held.

US retailers open an account with their EIN or state resale certificate; Canadian retailers with their GST/HST number. International shipments are DAP — the buyer pays import duties and taxes on arrival.

  • MOQ from 1 unit on most styles; volume pricing tiers begin at 10, 50 and 200+ units, quoted per buyer.
  • Natural diamonds are GIA-certified and lab-grown diamonds are IGI-certified, with certificates on request.
  • A 50% deposit buys the gold and books your order into the production schedule; the balance is due before the order ships.
  • Every order ships FedEx Overnight Priority, fully insured and tracked; in-stock pieces ship the same day, with overnight delivery across Canada and the US.
  • Two-hour response on WhatsApp and email, weekdays.
  • Orders are final sale — no returns or refunds; samples are available, paid, and non-credited.

Questions Buyers Ask

Do you sell to US retailers?
Yes. US stores apply with their EIN or a state resale certificate number and order on the same terms as Canadian stores. In-stock pieces ship the same day from New York, with overnight delivery across Canada and the US.
What is the minimum order?
One unit on most styles. A few styles carry a higher minimum, shown on the product page. Volume pricing begins at 10, 50 and 200+ units.
How does payment work?
Every order starts on a 50% deposit, which buys the gold and books it into production; the balance is due before the order ships. We take wire (ACH / SWIFT), major credit cards and PayPal Business.
