Every quote is built against the gold spot price we publish, so the metal value under each piece is something you can check yourself.

The Same Terms, Whoever You Are
- MOQ from 1 unit on most styles; volume pricing tiers begin at 10, 50 and 200+ units, quoted per buyer.
- Natural diamonds are GIA-certified and lab-grown diamonds are IGI-certified, with certificates on request.
- A 50% deposit buys the gold and books your order into the production schedule; the balance is due before the order ships.
- Every order ships FedEx Overnight Priority, fully insured and tracked; in-stock pieces ship the same day, with overnight delivery across Canada and the US.
- Two-hour response on WhatsApp and email, weekdays.
- Orders are final sale — no returns or refunds; samples are available, paid, and non-credited.
Questions Buyers Ask
- Can I mix quick-ship and made-to-order pieces?
- Yes. In-stock 2026 Collection pieces ship the same day; made-to-order Design Library pieces ship when they are finished. Ask with your quote how you'd like them sent.
- What is the minimum order?
- One unit on most styles. A few styles carry a higher minimum, shown on the product page. Volume pricing begins at 10, 50 and 200+ units.
- How does payment work?
- Every order starts on a 50% deposit, which buys the gold and books it into production; the balance is due before the order ships. We take wire (ACH / SWIFT), major credit cards and PayPal Business.
